Location and the "tick" logo are now protected under international law , the mark has been registered by the UK Intellectual Property office as being a distinct trading mark.
Filed and successfully registered under no 2524853 on the 26th August 2009, we received notificatin on the 25th February that the mark has been registered and thus now legally protected.
